Established in 2003, Batumasindah employs its activity in supplying auxiliary equipment for surface pre-treatment on polymer surfaces, and Antistatic Control Devices (Electrostatic charge and discharge control devices).

The company grows as a sole agent and distributor of quality testing and measuring instruments, machineries, and auxiliary equipment from around the globe, that assists and support in variety of industries such as flexible packaging, plastic transparent and metalized film, converting (printing, coating & laminating, slitting and rewinding), paper and tissue, non-woven, and ink manufacturer.

Today, the company includes its product sales, material testing instruments that comply with international testing standards ASTM, TAPPI, ISO, JIS, BS, etc from worldwide company, such as from USA, UK, and Germany. The typical products such as Tensile Tester, Bonding Tester, Friction/Peel Tester (COF Tester), Elmendorf Tearing Tester, Heat Sealer and Hot Tack Tester, have been sold many to customers in plastic film industry, flexible packaging industry, and converting industry. Furthermore, tester such as Handle-O-Meter has been popular in tissue, textile and non-woven industry.

In machinery area, Batumasindah has been successfully working together for over 10 years with NordMeccanica S.p.A for their Coating and Laminating machine and continue the collaboration for their Vacuum Metallizer with feature to improve barrier properties as well as metal adhesion on plain plastic based films.  Adding the Extrusion Lines from COLINES® S.p.A that suitable for the production of PE Stretch Film, Barrier Film, CPP Film, Hygienic Film,

Air-Bubble protective films, and Bubble-guard Board into our machinery area, we look forward to helping the flexible packaging industry in producing products that are increasingly varied and evolving.
